Toll Free Number Up and Running We are happy to inform you that our 877.569.7767 support line, which was temporarily not able to receive calls from Canadian phone numbers, is now fully back up and running.
As you know, while this problem was happening, we created a temporary toll-free number (877.886.3314) for you to be able to distribute to your Customers. We will keep this number active throughout the entire 2013 festival season to ensure no calls from your customers are missed. However, we ask that the temporary number (877.886.3314) no longer be distributed as it will be phased out over time. Note that we have updated all event messaging to include the original 877.569.7767 support line.
