For the past eleven years, the Cavendish Beach Music Festival, one of Canada’s premier destinations has been hosting the “World’s Greatest Country Music Festival,” putting Cavendish, Prince Edward Island on the world stage and injecting millions of dollars into the local tourism economy. But, no matter how big this festival gets, organizers never forget their Prince Edward Island roots and the volunteer spirit that courses through this province.
The Cavendish Beach Music Festival has a reputation across North America for being friendly and enthusiastic. While a lot of this energy comes from festival fans, some of it has to be attributed to the volunteer groups who work at the event. When volunteers are working for a cause, they tend to do even the most difficult job with a smile. For their continued service and support, festival organizers are truly grateful. Thanks for helping to put our festival on the map!
