05 Feb I pulled my wristband too tight/tightened it before or after putting on my wrist. What should I do?
There is a $20 replacement fee for wristbands that have been pulled too tight to slide onto your wrist.
If this happens before the festival, please keep the chip that is on the wristband. There is a string of numbers and a security code on the back of this chip that will be used to replace the correct wristband (if you have ordered more than 1 ticket)
