FAQ

  • Wristband Need to Knows

    • The black closure slides one-way and CANNOT BE LOOSENED once the wristband is fitted to your wrist. You only get one shot at this so unless you want to make your wristband apart of your outfit until the festival, wait to put on your wristband before arriving at the festival.

     

    • Slip untightened wristband over your wrist.

     

    • Hold onto the tail of the wristband and slide the black closure toward your wrist to tighten the wristband.

     

    • DO NOT over-tighten the wristband. Leave ONE INDEX FINGER distance of space between your wrist and the wristband for comfort and security.

     

    • There will be a $20 fee for any wristbands that need to be replaced due to being pulled too tightly or damaged.

     

    • Do not subject your sensitive RFID wristband to the following: fire, cutting, excessive twisting, pulling, stretching or customization.

     

    • Wristbands won’t be affected by showering, swimming or sweating.

  • HOW DO I GET MY WRISTBAND?

    Wristbands will be mailed to the address on your tickets, prior to the festival. Ticket holders will be advised of the deadline to purchase tickets and have your wristbands mailed to you.

     

    Do NOT put your wristband on until the day of the festival. They lock once tightened – once they’re on, they’re on!

     

    Your wristband will NOT be mailed if you ordered your ticket from an unauthorized ticket seller, OR if you purchased your ticket after June 16th, 2025.

     

    Any wristbands not mailed can be picked up at the festival grounds box office before the festival.

  • HOW DO I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?
    To register your wristband, click here. You can also scan the QR code that will be on the leaflet included with your wristbands once they arrive in the mail.
  • WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?
    As soon as you receive it! More information to come.
  • Why should I register my wristband?
    It protects your purchase and assigns that wristband to you and only you. It offers protection if you should lose your wristband and need to replace it.
  • When will I get my wristband?

    Wristbands will be received in the mail prior to the festival. If you do not receive them, you will need to visit the box office prior to or during the festival. A full list of box office hours can be found here.

     

    Please note, any orders placed before June 16th that have a shipping address outside of Canada, will need to be collected from the box office as they will not be shipped.



    All orders placed after June 16th will need to be picked up from the box office.

  • DOES MY WRISTBAND COUNT AS MY ID TO PROVE I’M 19+?

    No, the wristband you receive in the mail is not a 19+ bracelet. If you are over 19, you will be given a 19+ wristband at the festival gates after being ID’d. Anyone over 19 will have 2 wristbands: the one they initially received by mail, and the second one (19+) received onsite at the festival.

     

    If you are underage and caught inside the festival with a 19+ bracelet on, your bracelet will be confiscated, and you will be removed from the festival.

     

    ID must be carried at all times. 19+ wristband does not replace your ID. IDs will be verified at the gates each day of the festival, and those without IDs will have their 19+ wristband removed.

  • CAN MY WRISTBAND BE REGISTERED MORE THAN ONCE?
    No, registration can only be completed once per wristband.
  • I ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGED OR LOST MY WRISTBAND. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will not be allowed for accessing the festival.


    There is a $20 replacement fee for lost or damaged wristbands. Replacement wristbands can be purchased at the box office onsite.

  • I need to replace my wristband
    Wristband replacements can be received in person at the box office. There is a $20 replacement fee for any lost or damaged wristbands. Guests must provide their ID and confirmation email to receive a replacement.
  • I pulled my wristband too tight/tightened it before or after putting on my wrist. What should I do?

    There is a $20 replacement fee for wristbands that have been pulled too tight to slide onto your wrist.


    If this happens before the festival, please keep the chip that is on the wristband. There is a string of numbers and a security code on the back of this chip that will be used to replace the correct wristband (if you have ordered more than 1 ticket)

  • Will you sell single day wristbands?
    GA single day wristbands are available now. VIP, Sunroof and Hayloft tickets are only available as weekend passes.
  • I purchased a 3 day pass but can not attend 1 day of the festival, can I give my wristband to someone to use that day?

    • Wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.

     

    • Sharing a weekend pass wristband is not permitted.

  • Will there be a box office and will call location at the festival?

    Yes. The Box Office/Will Call will be located at the bottom of the festival grounds, at the corporate/accessible entrance prior to the festival.

  • I think my wristbands have been lost in the mail, what do I do?
    Please note that wristbands are not shipped until 3-4 weeks prior to the festival. If you do not receive it in the mail prior to departing for the festival, please bring your ID, as well as your confirmation email and order number/email to the box office.
  • Can I get my wristband wet?
    Yes, your wristband will still work if it gets wet.
  • Can someone else pickup my order at the box office?
    Only the original purchaser is able to pickup their order. A valid government ID, or a verify document with the purchasers name on it, and the confirmation email are required at the time of pickup.
  • What about tickets purchased on Stubhub, seatgeek, vivid seats, etc?
    If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry. Only tickets purchased through Showpass, our ticketing provider, will be honored.
