29 Aug Can I upgrade my ticket?
You can upgrade your tickets to a higher value ticket, however you can not downgrade tickets. To exchange your ticket, head to Showpass and you may need to log into your account. You will click on your name in the top right hand corner and select “Orders” from the dropdown menu. Ensure “My Orders” is selected on the left hand side menu. Find the order that you are looking to exchange and expand “Order Options”. Then select “Exchange Tickets”
